Regarding the form of the reward address that we are to use.
I’ve been using the one that begins with a “5” and not those that begin with “st” - is this correct?
you can use either or 
5… is the default substrate address, those addresses can be converted into any ss58 format for any other substrate chain that uses ss58, so overall whichever is easier for you
st… is the subspace testnet ss58 formatted address, which can be converted back to the 5… address with no issues
