For developers, I understand the imbedded market making functionality for the price of storage with Subspace. How would Subspace entice early developers to come aboard, with each knowing they are paying the highest price for storage as an early mover to the project?
For developers? One time cost, permanent storage. It’s hard to say how the cost of storage will behave given speculators fluctuating the price of SSC, and advancements in HDD technology, so I wouldn’t say that trying to time your storage needs will be worthwhile, but that is up to the developer. Over time the cost of storage on Subspace should naturally reach an equilibrium with the real world cost of storage aka the lowest cost of purchasing a hard drive
